Pritikin Tuscan Sunshine Italian Salad Dressing

jicama
shredded

Instructions
Rinse and chop cauliflower, broccoli and cucumber.
In a salad bowl heap the chopped vegetables and top with diced tomato.
Garnish with shredded jicama and carrot. Chill and serve with Tuscan Sunshine Italian Salad Dressing.
