Materials

water

lemon juice

orange juice

cous cous

teaspoon
black peppercorns
ground
1/2
teaspoon
orange zest
Instructions
Bring water, lemon juice, orange juice and peppercorns to a boil.
In a baking dish lay out cous cous.
Pour boiling liquid over cous cous and cover with plastic wrap.
Let stand for 6 minutes, uncover, flake and garnish.
Optional: orange slices, dried cranberries, parsley to garnish
