Grilled, Balsamic Tofu Cubes

Materials

  • 1 16-oz package tofu (extra firm) Press to remove liquid, then cut into 5 slices.
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon oregano , dry
  • 1 tablespoon garlic chopped

Instructions

  • Combine balsamic, oregano, and garlic.
  • Place tofu slices in a bowl or dish, then pour balsamic mixture over them.
  • Marinate for at least 30 minutes. (Overnight is even better).
  • Drain tofu. Grill, pan-sear, or bake on both sides. Cut into cubes.
