Grilled, Balsamic Tofu Cubes

Materials

16-oz package
tofu (extra firm)
Press to remove liquid, then cut into 5 slices.

cup
balsamic vinegar
1
tablespoon
oregano , dry
1
tablespoon
garlic
chopped
Instructions
Combine balsamic, oregano, and garlic.
Place tofu slices in a bowl or dish, then pour balsamic mixture over them.
Marinate for at least 30 minutes. (Overnight is even better).
Drain tofu. Grill, pan-sear, or bake on both sides. Cut into cubes.
