Pan Seared Salmon in Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

Materials
Pan Seared Salmon

salmon (wild)

tablespoon
Pritikin Fish Seasoning
Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

red pepper
fire roasted
1/2
teaspoon
garlic
chopped
1/2
onion
diced
1/4
cup
white balsamic vinegar
1
teaspoon
Dijon mustard
1/2
teaspoon
pepper
fresh ground
1/2
tablespoon
oregano (dried)
Instructions
Pan Seared Salmon
Season fish with Pritikin Fish Seasoning on both sides
In a medium hot skillet sear fish on each side for 3 minutes
Remove from the flame and rest in skillet for 2 minutes then serve. (Salmon should be slightly pink on the inside)
Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
Saute onion and garlic; add roasted red pepper and oregano and sauté for an additional 5 minutes
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for 2 minutes. Poor over salmon and serve
