finely chopped cashews, unsalted
garnish

curry tahini dressing
chopped fresh cilantro

lime, cut into wedges

Curry Tahini Dressing

tahini

lemon juice

100% pure apple juice

curry powder

ground cumin

tsp
ground coriander

turmeric powder

paprika

garlic
minced, fine

water - adjust for desired consistency
Instructions
Crunchy Thai Chickpea Salad
Mix all vegetables together
Layer on top of romaine lettuce
Sprinkle a generous amount of chick peas
Garnish the top with a small amount of chopped cashews
Sprinkle cilantro and use lime wedge to garnish
Curry Tahini Dressing
If your tahini has separated, stir it well until it's smooth and homogeneous
In a blender, combine all ingredients and mix well
