  • Menopause, Hormones, and the Evidence. 4 Myths Every Woman Should Understand  

Guest Speaker: Mimi Deal, APRN, MSCP, FNP-C, ABAAHP

    • Menopause is a natural transition, yet it’s often surrounded by confusion, misinformation, and outdated beliefs. In this engaging and evidence-based session, Mimi Deal will break down the science behind hormonal changes during menopause and address common myths that can prevent women from getting effective care. Attendees will gain clarity, confidence, and practical knowledge to better understand their bodies and advocate for their health.

 

  • Microbiome & Hormones: Understanding the Gut–Hormone Connection
    A nutrition-focused session led by Pritikin’s Director of Nutrition exploring how gut health influences hormonal balance and overall wellness.
