“Wellness education is a tool for positive social change. At Pritikin, we empower guests with knowledge and confidence they can carry into their lives, families, and communities.”

Jaqueline (Jacky) brings over a decade of experience blending exercise physiology, public health education, and behavior-change science to empower individuals across all life stages. As a bilingual educator and clinical professional, she specializes in helping older adults and guests with chronic conditions improve their healthspan through safe, effective, and meaningful movement.

At Pritikin, she helps guests connect physical activity with purpose, motivation, and longevity. Through personalized fitness instruction and evidence-based wellness lectures, she breaks down complex topics like cardiometabolic health, muscle preservation, and strength training into approachable, real-life strategies.

In addition to leading fitness education sessions, Jacky is especially passionate about her “Movement for Healthspan” lecture, where guests are invited to reflect on their ability to move and reconnect with a sense of gratitude, purpose, and possibility. Her sessions go beyond instruction, they’re experiences that reframe movement as a path to freedom, vitality, and joy.

Known for her patience and warmth, she treats every guest like family, not a client, offering personalized encouragement and guidance at every step of their wellness journey.

Outside of her direct work with guests, she also serves as an adjunct professor of health sciences and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Public Health degree with a research focus on improving exercise adherence and healthy aging.
