1. Introduction

Welcome to the Pritikin+ App (“App”), operated by Pritikin Longevity Center (“Pritikin,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App, including all associated content, features, services, educational materials, communications, and integrations made available through the App.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the App.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You will maintain and promptly update your information as necessary.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Pritikin does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated responses.

Personalized Recommendations

If you require individualized nutrition, fitness, behavioral, or medical guidance, you should contact the appropriate Pritikin professional or your healthcare provider.

6. Health, Fitness, and Wellness Activities

Participation in fitness, exercise, movement, stretching, wellness, and lifestyle activities involves inherent risks.

By participating in activities presented through the App, you acknowledge that:

• You participate voluntarily.
• You assume responsibility for your own health and safety.
• You will exercise within your personal abilities and medical limitations.
• You will follow any restrictions provided by your healthcare provider or Pritikin staff.

You should discontinue any activity and seek medical advice if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, or other concerning symptoms.

7. Nutrition, Recipes, and Meal Information

The App may provide:

• Food preparation guidance
• Dietary information

This information is provided for educational purposes only.

Individual nutritional needs vary based on age, medical conditions, allergies, medications, lifestyle factors, and other considerations.

While Pritikin may provide ingredient and allergen information, such information may not always be complete or current.

You are solely responsible for evaluating foods and recipes for suitability to your individual circumstances.

8. Health Information and Reports

The App may provide access to certain health-related information, including but not limited to:

• DEXA scan results

You acknowledge that:

Pritikin:

• Does not control third-party services.
• Does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data.
• Is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or failures originating from third-party providers.

Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

10. Program Scheduling and Services

The App may allow users to:

• View schedules
• Request schedule changes
• Access event information
• Submit feedback
• Request support

Schedules, activities, instructors, locations, and programming may change without notice.

Submission of a request through the App does not guarantee approval, availability, participation, or accommodation.

Pritikin reserves the right to modify, cancel, reschedule, or replace programming as necessary.

11. Memberships and Benefits

Certain App features may be available only to active members or eligible program participants.

Membership benefits, access levels, content availability, and eligibility requirements may change from time to time.

Pritikin may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

• Videos
• Lectures
• Educational materials
• Recipes
• Audio recordings
• Software
• Trademarks

is owned by or licensed to Pritikin and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Without prior written permission from Pritikin, you may not:

• Copy
• Reproduce
• Distribute
• Sell
• Publish
• Modify
• Create derivative works

15. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by Pritikin’s Privacy Policy and any applicable health information notices.

By using the App, you acknowledge that:

Pritikin does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pritikin and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, physicians, contractors, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Use of the App
• Inability to access the App
• Reliance on App content
• AI-generated responses
• Third-party services
• Data interruptions
• Program modifications

In no event shall Pritikin’s aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for App-related services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pritikin, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, physicians, contractors, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws

19. Termination

Pritikin may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if:

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
