Seitan Fajitas

  • 3 red peppers julienne
  • 3 green pepper julienne
  • 3 yellow pepper julienne
  • 4 red onion julienne
  • 2 tablespoon cilantro chopped
  • 1 cupchopped tomato sauce
  • 3 tablespoon garlic chopped
  • 1 bag bread (garden of eatin' thin thin )


  • Mix all ingredients & spices except the bread.
  • Saute in a hot skillet for 5 minutes.
  • Set aside, cut bread into quarters.
  • Put vegetables on one side and roll.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
