  1. Saute garlic, onion and gingerroot in sesame oil for 1 minute.
  2. Marinate tofu in soya sauce.
  3. Add asparagus, red pepper, onion, and shiitake mushrooms to sauté and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Finish off with bean sprouts, snow peas, scallion, and basil.
