Black Pepper Seared Tuna

  • 32 oz Sashami
  • 4 tablespoon black peppercrons ground coarse
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 2 tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1 tablepoons oragano (dry)


  • Combine Spices.
  • Coat tuna and in a very, very hot pan sear tuna on all sides.
