Materials

  • 2 cups red kidney beans (dried) rinsed
  • 1 cup brown rice uncooked
  • 1 red onion chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 4 stalks celery chopped
  • 6 to 8 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup chives finely chopped
  • 4 teaspoons Cajun seasoning (salt-free)
  • 1 tablespoon paprika (smoked)
  • 5 cups water

Instructions

  • Add all your ingredients to your crockpot, veggies on top. Cook on LOW for around 7 hours. Cooking times may vary depending on your crockpot.
