Chilled Strawberry Ginger Soup

- 1 pound strawberries (fresh) washed
- 2 teaspoon gingerroot juice
- 1 pineapple fresh chopped
- 1 cup orange juice (fresh)
- 2 teaspoons mint leaves (fresh) chopped
- In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend for 5 minutes.
- Chill for 30 minutes and serve.
