Instructions
  1. In a medium-hot skillet, sauté onion and garlic until glossy.
  2. Season diced chicken breast with Pritikin All-Purpose Seasoning and curry powder.
  3. Add chicken to onion and garlic. Cook at medium heat until done, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. Remove. Let cool before adding pineapple, yogurt, and pepper, to taste.
  5. Serve on a bed of shredded lettuce.
