  1. Start cut potatoes in cold water and bring to a boil
  2. Only cook until half way finished
  3. Let cool down slightly, and season.
  4. Spray sheet tray with pam
  5. Spread potatoes out on tray
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until crisp at 375 degrees
