With over 30 years of experience, Esther Rodríguez Brown is a specialist in trauma and wellness. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and certifications in Somatic Experiencing, Yoga Therapy, EFT, Meditation, Reiki, and more.

As the founder of Ego Friendly Living, she empowers clients to incorporate trauma-aware, holistic wellness practices that foster resilience and mindful living. Esther is also a sought-after consultant, trainer, and speaker at national and international levels. She annually furthers her studies in Vedic knowledge in India and is the author of The Power of Your Hands: Mudras for Your Everyday Life.
