Miami Nights of Dance

More than just steps, this class is a journey to well-being, no experience necessary. Better your cardiovascular health, improve coordination and flexibility, reduce stress, and elevate your mood. Our guest choreographer will demonstrate up to four distinct dance styles, each offering a unique flavor: Salsa, Rumba, West Coast Swing, and Casino Rueda.

What you'll learn:

  • Salsa - Salsa is a lively Latin dance characterized by quick footwork, hip rotations, and partner turns. You'll learn basic steps and patterns that allow you to express yourself and move to the music, even without a partner.
  • West Coast Swing - This dance involves smooth, connected movements between partners while improvising to the music. You'll learn the signature "sugar push" footwork technique and various footwork patterns for smooth and graceful movement.
  • Rumba - This romantic dance focuses on storytelling through body language and musicality. You'll learn basic steps and develop your ability to interpret the music through body movement and expression.
  • Casino Rueda - in this social dance, you'll constantly switch partners while performing pre-defined sequences. It's a fun and energetic way to meet new people and learn exciting dance moves.
