Many articles and tips in the Pritikin Newsletter are health and weight loss related. Unfortunately, those topics are also popular with spammers, and that may cause your email software to interpret your newsletter as SPAM. We applaud their efforts to try and reduce unwanted emails, but it can also interfere with your ability to receive the information do wish to see.
To ensure your Pritikin newsletter isn’t blocked, there are three important steps you can take to avoid interruptions to your subscription.

- Add [email protected] to your email Contact List. This will help your application understand we are known to you, and that Pritikin emails are welcome in your Inbox.
- Occasionally, click a link in the newsletter. This important step will alert both the team at Pritikin, and your email software, that we’re sending content you want to receive.
- Finally, if you use GMail or a similar application that uses Promotions, Clutter or Junk tabs to help you organize your email – simply click and drag a copy of the Pritikin newsletter from those tabs over to you primary Inbox.
