Your Exercise Program is also customized to your specific needs. Your physician and exercise physiologist use the results of your cardiometabolic stress test to create your highly personalized exercise plan. Using your plan, you will exercise each morning using Pritikin’s three-pronged approach: cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training. And each day, you’ll rediscover the fun, the thrill, of being fit.
