  • 2 cups apples peeled and diced

  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • Pinch cinnamon ground

  • In a saucepan, cook all ingredients over medium heat until apples are soft and liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes.
  • Cool, then puree.
