Apple Sauce
Yes, this is the real deal.  No added sugar.  No added salt.  Nothing that's harmful.  Just apples and a little apple juice concentrate with a pinch of spice.  A scrumptious alternative to butter for your morning toast.
Ingredients
- 2 cups apples peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup apple juice concentrate
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- Pinch cinnamon ground
- Pinch cloves ground
Instructions
- In a saucepan, cook all ingredients over medium heat until apples are soft and liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes.
- Cool, then puree.
