Instructions
  1. Romaine lettuce (1 cup or more per serving of salad dressing) Fat-free Parmesan cheese (a light sprinkling per serving)
  2. Combine all ingredients (except lettuce and cheese) in food processor or blender.
  3. Process until dressing is completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Keep refrigerated.
  5. After tossing lettuce with salad dressing, sprinkle with cheese.
Recipe Notes

Add a pinch of curry powder to create Curry Caesar Dressing.
