Cucumber Salad With Chives & Dill
Yield: 4 people
- 1 cucumber peeled and very thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon chives (fresh) chopped
- 1 tablespoon dill (fresh) chopped
- 1/4 cup sour cream (nonfat)
- 1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar (unseasoned)
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- pinch black pepper to taste
- pinch paprika
- small pinch cayenne pepper
- After slicing cucumber, let slices drain for about 5 minutes.
- Combine remaining ingredients and mix with cucumber slices.
- Chill and serve.
