Tia Maria Parfait

Oh la la! The velvety richness of a liqueur dessert, but heart healthy! Regular liqueur desserts can pack in as much saturated fat as a double cheeseburger! Ours has no saturated fat. Nada!

Materials

  • 4 tablespoons Tia Maria (coffee liqueur)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt Fat Free
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Raspberries Fresh
  • 4 springs Mint leaves Fresh

Instructions

  • Mix Tia Maria, vanilla extract, greek yogurt and maple syrup.
  • Add a dash of Tia Maria to a parfait glass and layer mixture on top.
  • Garnish with crispy granola, raspberries and mint leaves.
  • Serve immediately.
