  1. Scoop out insides of the potatoes, starting from the top.
  2. Heat milk and onion.
  3. Add scooped-out potato and spices. Blend.
  4. Stuff the mixture back into the potato skins.
  5. Mix in sour cream to create a mashed-potato-like consistency.
  6. Season the tops with paprika.
  7. Bake at 400 degrees until brown on top, about 15 minutes.
