- 8 4-ounce portions chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns ground
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon apple juice concentrate
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- Marinate chicken in combined remaining ingredients for 1 hour. Grill to order.
