Instructions
  1. Thinly slice bananas and place in a large bowl.
  2. Slice off skin off of ginger, and then grate to extract 1 teaspoon of juice, ideally using a microplane
  3. Mash bananas with a whip. Add ginger juice, orange zest, vanilla, apple juice concentrate and yogurt.
  4. Mix well with a whip.
  5. Top with fresh berries or serve over freshly cut fruit like pineapple or mango.
