Instructions
  1. In a large stock pot sauté broccoli, onion, garlic and potatoes for 4 minutes
  2. Add vegetable stock and Pritikin seasoning and cook for about 30 minutes over medium flame
  3. Add all other ingredients and blend
  4. Simmer 15 minutes longer then serve.
