Instructions
  1. Heat stockpot.
  2. Put in rice, let rice get a little crispy (slightly toasted).
  3. Add garlic &leeks, cook until translucent.
  4. Add lemon juice, stock, & pepper.
  5. Bring to boil and boil for 3 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat; cover a cook until rice is tender, about 17 minutes.
  7. Check after 12 & 15 minutes to make sure there is enough liquid, add more if necessary.
