Instructions
  1. Cook Red beans until just soft in 3 cups water.
  2. In a separate stockpot sauté peppers, onion & garlic until brown.
  3. Add So-Soya and no salt spice mix and cook for 3 minutes
  4. Add all ingredients except veggie topping and cilantro and simmer for 1 hour.
  5. Serve with whole wheat pita chips, brown rice, mashed potato or by itself
