  1. Place potatoes in pot. Fill with COLD water until potatoes are covered.
  2. Put lid on pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Boil until potatoes are tender.
  4. In a separate pan, saute garlic and onion until brown. Add skim milk and bring to a boil.
  5. Drain liquid. Mash potatoes until desired creaminess before adding any liquid.
  6. Add sauteed garlic and onion, milk, and sour cream.
  7. Add pepper and All Purpose Seasoning.
  8. Enjoy!
