Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 F
  2. Cut cauliflower and steam for 2-3 minutes, cooking it only partially.
  3. Take some whole grain bread and grind into bread crumbs in the food processor.
  4. Season the flour and bread crumbs.
  5. Dip cauliflower in flour, then into the egg, then into the bread crumbs.
  6. Spray a sheet tray with cooking spray
  7. Place cauliflower on tray and bake for 30-45 minutes or until desired crispiness.
