Materials

  • 2 tsp scallions sliced thin
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 2 tsp ginger minced
  • 1 tsp white sesame seeds
  • 2 tb maple syrup
  • 3 tb orange juice
  • 4 tb rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp All purpose seasoning no salt added
  • 4 pz 4oz salmon

Instructions

  • Season fish with AP seasoning
  • In a medium hot skillet, place fish and beginsearing
  • Add scallion, garlic and ginger after one minute
  • Wait another minute then add sesame seeds and lightly toast until brown
  • Add vinegar, orange juice and maple syrup
  • Do not flip the salmon. Cover and allow to cook for a few more minutes until sauce is reduced to a glaze
