Materials

  • 3 4-ounce cuts Bison Filet Mignon
  • 1 tablespoon Pritikin® All-Purpose Seasoning*
  • 1 yellow onion diced
  • 2 teaspoons garlic (fresh) minced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 bunches asparagus sliced into 1- to 2-inch pieces

Instructions

  • Season bison and sear in hot pan.
  • In another pan, cook onions until translucent, then add garlic.
  • Once garlic is brown, deglaze with vinegar.
  • Add asparagus and cover.
