  • 3 bell pepper julienne
  • 2 carrot julienne
  • 1 red onion julienne
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 pound salmon cut into 4oz portions
  • 1 tablespoon Pritikin® All-Purpose Seasoning*


  • Coat salmon in spice.
  • In a hot skillet, brown salmon.
  • Cover, cook until cooked though.
  • Time depends on the thickness of the fish.
  • In a separate pan, brown vegetables then add garlic at the end.
