Braised Orange Ginger Sea Bass

  • 4 4 ounce Sea Bass
  • 1 teaspoon Pritikin® All-Purpose Seasoning* Available at
  • 1 teaspoon Pritikin Shake it Seasoning Available at
  • 3 oranges Zest & Juice
  • 2 teaspoons ginger sliced
  • .25 cup apple juice
  • .25 cup apple cider vinegar
  • .5 cup white wine


  • Mix dry spices together and coat Sea Bass.
  • In a hot skillet sear fish for 2 minutes.
  • Add remaining ingredients and cover.
  • Lower heat and cook over low heat for 4 minutes.
