Braised Orange Ginger Sea Bass

- 4 4 ounce Sea Bass
- 1 teaspoon Pritikin® All-Purpose Seasoning* Available at PritikinFoods.com
- 1 teaspoon Pritikin Shake it Seasoning Available at PritikinFoods.com
- 3 oranges Zest & Juice
- 2 teaspoons ginger sliced
- .25 cup apple juice
- .25 cup apple cider vinegar
- .5 cup white wine
- Mix dry spices together and coat Sea Bass.
- In a hot skillet sear fish for 2 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and cover.
- Lower heat and cook over low heat for 4 minutes.
